LEGAL STRATEGY
Adv. Orenstein has extensive experience in representation in the family and religious courts - representation that is sometimes a necessary means of resolving disputes, for parties that were not able to reach agreements through mediation or negotiation, while reducing the emotional toll that the family-legal disputes take on all parties.
COLLABORATIVE DIVORCE PRE - SEPARATION
The aim of this process is to reach understandings and agreements in an atmosphere as calm as possible, for the purpose of cooperation. The parties undertake to avoid the intervention of the court and/or the tribunal in the separation procedure, in order to end it in the shortest possible time and at a significantly lower financial expense, when compared to the legal representation in the court.
FAMILY BUSINESS CONSULTANTS
Adv. Orenstein has training, knowledge, experience and expertise in family law and inheritance, along with expertise in business administration and international business law, including complex arbitrations. He advises family-incorporated companies in view of their uniqueness as an organization, with the particular constraints when facing business challenges.
LITIGATION
This is a necessary preliminary step towards the management of the legal process. The planning is customized for each client as per the individual legal case: in proceedings outside the court ▪ in court and tribunal representation ▪ in family legal and business negotiations. This is done in coordination with the goals defined and required for the benefit of the customers.
COLLABORATIVE DIVORCE POST - SEPARATION
Furthermore, even after divorce, there are and will be various disputes and misunderstandings, that can be resolved through a process of cooperation, thus avoiding litigation in judicial courts with significantly higher financial costs. Attorney Orenstein specializes in accompanying the parties in resolving disputes that occasionally arise - in his private legal clinic for family cooperation.
FAMILY MEDIATION
This is a mandatory procedure according to family law, for the purpose of managing conflicts between the parties. Only at the end of the mediation sessions required by law, a hearing procedure can be conducted in the Family Court. Unlike collaborative divorce, there is no obligation for the parties to avoid the intervention of the family court.

Adv. Ofer Orenstein has over 24 years of extensive Family Law expertise and Mediation. His specialty is Family Business & Funds and Family Assets Management. Adv. Orenstein has a strong record of Family Law litigation, mediation and collaborative divorce.
Adv. Orenstein holds B.A. & LL.B. from Tel-Aviv University, and LL.M. from Bar llan University, majoring in International Business Law and also M.Sc. in Management from City University of New York, Baruch College, specialized in International Business Development.
